Following online sales increases in 2020, B2B companies are making significant investments in digital technology systems in 2021, according to a Digital Commerce 360 survey of 110 B2B professionals. More than three-quarters of respondents said their ecommerce sales increased in 2020 over the prior year, and nearly half of all respondents said their ecommerce sales rose by at least 25%. In 2021, most respondents said they plan to make at least “some investment” across nine areas ranging from ecommerce sites and online payment options to customer service and supply chains.
