B2B Sellers Set Their Post-COVID Digital Priorities.

When B2B sellers look past the current impact of COVID-19 and settle in on what lies ahead, two ecommerce priorities are emerging, according to a new survey of about 100 companies by Digital Commerce 360 B2B. The priorities are putting in place the best technology infrastructure and giving business buyers the online user experience, they expect. 61% of companies plan to spend more on ecommerce technology in 2021, the survey finds.
